CLEVELAND — Traffic was backed up for miles on a portion of Interstate 90 west after a semi-truck flipped over on Cleveland's west side Friday afternoon.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the accident occurred on the West 117th Street on-ramp. It is unknown at this time if anyone was injured.

While the highway was still technically opened, traffic was bumper-to-bumper all the way to the I-71 interchange in Tremont, with drivers experiencing delays of roughly a half-hour. However, the scene was cleared before 6 p.m.
