CLEVELAND — Some Cleveland streets have transformed into streams early Tuesday morning due to a water main break.
"We found and repaired a break on an 8" main on West 3rd near Summit Ave. yesterday," Cleveland Water tells 3news. "While working on the first break, a second was found. Crews are currently working to identify the exact location of the second break so the water can be shut off."
As a result, drivers are experiencing an unexpected detour until further notice because of the following road closures:
- Lakeside Avenue is closed between West 3rd and Ontario streets.
- West 3rd Street is closed between St. Clair Avenue and Lakeside Avenue.
