Air Quality Advisory issued for northeast Ohio for unhealthy air levels

The quality of the air across northeast Ohio will be unhealthy on Friday.

CLEVELAND — An Air Quality Advisory has been issued for ground-level ozone for the following counties in northeast Ohio: 

*Ashtabula

*Cuyahoga

*Geauga

*Lake

*Lorain

*Medina

*Portage

*Summit 

The advisory will be effective through Friday, June 28. Air quality levels will be 'Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups' during this period. 

You should also limit outdoor activities such as lawn mowing that could add to the problem.

If you are in the "Sensitive Groups" category of children, the elderly and those with breathing difficulties, please monitor your outdoor activity.
