Ahhh! Finishing up that holiday shopping in the festive...RAIN?!? After a soaker of a Saturday afternoon in our southern communities, we'll ALL share in the rain overnight as an area of low pressure swirls its way through northern Ohio. Lows will drop into the upper 30s. Expect a showery start to your Sunday, but the rain will gradually fade as we head into the afternoon. Highs will reach into the mid 40s despite the persistent cloud cover.

A weak front will pass by Sunday night into Monday bringing colder air into the area, but moisture is lacking with this next system. It may be enough to kick off a few snow showers in the snowbelt, but I wouldn't expect much at all. Highs will settle into the mid 30s both Monday and Tuesday.

Then our eyes turn towards late next week when a stronger system is expected to move through...it begins with rain late Thursday and then rain changing to snow on Friday with falling temps. Something to keep a close eye on as we head into the week!

TONIGHT | Occasional showers. Areas of fog too. | Upper 30s

SUNDAY | Early shower chances, then lingering clouds. | Mid 40s

MONDAY | Clouds and sun. Some lake effect flurries. | Upper 30s

TUESDAY | Clouds giving way to sunshine. Cold. | Mid/upper 30s

WEDNESDAY | Partly cloudy and milder. | Mid 40s

THURSDAY | Increasing clouds with late day rain. Mild! | Near 50.

FRIDAY | Rain showers changing to snow. Windy and turning colder. | 40s early, 30s late.

SATURDAY | Snow shower early, otherwise breezy and colder. | Mid 30s
