Skies will become mostly cloudy overnight as a cold front settles through northern Ohio. Lows will drop into the lower 30s. We won't do much better in the temperature department on Monday with highs only in the mid to upper 30s. We'll see lingering clouds and a few flurries or light snow showers out in the snowbelt east of Cleveland.
Then we begin another warm up.
Temps will remain in the 30s Tuesday, 40s on Wednesday, and will likely reach into the 50s Thursday before a strong, late week storm system moves into our area.
As of now, it looks like rain will arrive late Thursday and continue into Friday. I'm then expecting rain to change to snow on the back end of the storm system before ending sometime Saturday. Temps will tumble from the 40s to near 50 early Friday into the 30s Saturday.
In terms of white Christmas chances--we may see a last minute clipper system swing through Christmas Eve day bringing us a coating of snow--it's still a bit far out on the extended forecast, but we'll keep you updated!
