Let it snow! Send us your snowy weather pics!

Welcome to winter, Northeast Ohio!

CLEVELAND — Welcome to winter, Northeast Ohio!

Friday morning's snowstorm brought the first snow of 2022 and while many in the area are already counting down the days to spring and summer, others are taking advantage of the cold weather spell.

So, if you happen to find yourself enjoying the snow today, we want to see! Are you making snowmen with your kids? Maybe you put those same kids to work, having them shovel the driveway. Or you may just be staying in and staring out your window at the winter wonderland.

However you are marking the first snow of the year, we are looking for WKYC viewers to send in their pictures and videos. Your photos may even end up on one of our 3News shows or on WKYC.com!

How do you send us photos? You have several options...

SUBSCRIBE: Get the day's top headlines sent to your email inbox each weekday morning with the 3News to GO! newsletter

Download the free WKYC app (Apple, Android). Then, scroll down to the bottom of the home page and select the "Near Me" feature. Click on "Share With Us" once the map opens and follow the simple, on-screen steps.

Have a picture you want to send our way? Simply text it to 216-344-3300. Be sure to include your name, location and the photo's description in the text message so we know how you sent it.

Another option? Send us your photos on Twitter or Facebook. Just be sure to include #Beon3 in your post so it's easy for our team to find. Remember, don't forget to include your name and any information you want us to know about the picture. You can also use #3Weather on Facebook or Twitter for even more visibility!

Now that you've sent us your pics, the next step is to watch Channel 3 and WKYC.com throughout the days ahead to see if we've selected any of your photos to share on TV or online.
