According to WKYC's weather team, a mixture of cold air and warm water on Lake Erie are causing water spouts to pop up all over the Cleveland area.
WKYC has received multiple photos and videos of the spouts, which at times look like tornados but do not appear to be dangerous in the slightest. They usually last about 20 minutes.
Hail has also been reported in the area, so residents are asked to take shelter, if necessary.
