The springlike warmth from the end of the week will be gone, with many places getting cold enough for some blustery snow showers. No accumulation is expected on pavement.

Farther south, some showers and spotty thunderstorms can dampen communities across Florida. A damp, cloudy day is expected elsewhere on the Gulf Coast.

Otherwise, the eastern and central United States will be engulfed by high pressure and calm, cool and generally sunny weather.

Out West, it will remain chillier than normal with foggy spots in the Northwest. In the Southwest, canyons and mountains can be breezy as well.
