Yikes! It’s still downright brutal outside as bitterly cold continues, but temperatures are beginning to rise.
As a result, the National Weather Service has let the Wind Chill Warnings expire this evening.
Northeast Ohio will see much warmer temperatures starting Friday and continuing into the weekend.
