Cleveland Public Power restores power after wide spread outage on city's west side

CPP has yet to provide a cause of the outage

Cleveland Public Power has restored power to more than 4,500 customers Saturday after a wide spread outage. 

The electric company initially reported approximately 4,500 customers being impacted by the outage. However, CPP later reported that the outage is "more expansive than originally thought."

According to the electric company the outage impacted much of Cleveland's west side. 

The company mobilized crews to assess the situation and develop a solution. They officially restored power at 2:41 p.m.

CPP has yet to provide a cause of the outage. If you're still without power contact the Trouble Department at 216-664-3156.
