CLEVELAND -- Flash flooding hit many areas in Northeast Ohio Saturday night.
Cleveland Police say a part of I-90 E before Dead Man's Curve was washed away, causing a huge hole in the highway.
The left two lanes of I-90 E in that area are now closed.
