Caged dog seen trying to drink from frozen bucket in Cleveland
Jan. 29, 2019: The Cleveland Animal Protective League found a thirsty dog caged outside trying to drink from a bucket of frozen water. It happened in Cleveland on Tuesday afternoon. The Cleveland APL rescued the dog, which is now in their custody.
