Opening statements expected in capital murder case of Joseph McAlpin
March 26, 2019: A jury has been seated and now opening statements are expected Tuesday afternoon in the capital murder trial of accused killer Joseph McAlpin. McAlpin faces more than two dozen charges in the April 2017 deaths of Mike and Trina Kuznik, who were both found shot to death at their car dealership, Mr. Cars, on E. 185th Street.
