Study shows morning exercise leads to more weight loss

August 2019: A new study suggests that when you work out could impact just how much weight you lose. The article in July's International Journal of Obesity showed that people who showed up to the gym in the morning -- before noon, specifically -- lost more weight than those who exercised later in the day.
