Picking up the pieces after another devastating storm

Severe thunderstorms packing 60 to 85 mph winds with local gusts to 100 mph ripped through portions of Michigan around 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11. Structural damage was restricted to a few neighborhoods in greater Grand Rapids, Michigan, with widespread power outages reported throughout West and Mid-Michigan.
