Director of the National Hurricane Center, Ken Graham, talks to AccuWeather's Bernie Rayno about the deadliest aspects of hurricanes. Graham says water has accounted for more than 83% of hurricane-related fatalities in the last three years alone. About half of all deaths in hurricanes come from storm surge.
