Cooling centers open ahead of dangerous heat in Northeast Ohio
July 18, 2019: As Northeast Ohio prepares for dangerously hot temperatures in the days ahead, cooling centers are opening throughout the area. The National Weather Service says the heat indexes Friday and Saturday could top 110+ degrees.
