  • February 24, 2005: Rosemarie DiPuccio Essa dies after a minor auto accident on Wilson Mills Road in Highland Heights.

  • March 2005: Dr. Yazeed Essa flees after being questioned by police about his wife's death.

  • April 2005: Coroner determines Rosemarie DiPuccio Essa had been poisoned by cyanide laced calcium tablets. Her death is ruled a homicide. Video

  • February 7, 2006: Dr. Yazeed Essa indicted on aggravated murder charges in the death of his wife, Rosemarie. Video

  • February 22, 2006: Warrant issued for Dr. Yazeed Essa's arrest after his failure to appear for arraignment.
