CANTON -- The FBI said late Saturday that investigators still plan to question a number of people in connection with the discovery of a body believed to be that of Jessie Davis.
The body discovery also brought word that authorities had taken into custody, Davis' boyfriend, Bobby Cutts Jr.
According to the FBI, a number of people remain to be questioned. Investigators are trying to determine if others were involved.
Around 3:30 P.M authorities say they recovered a body believed to be Jessie Davis' in Summit County.
According to a spokeswoman for the Cuyahoga Valley Park, the FBI called for assistance Saturday to block off West Bath Road.
According to the spokeswoman, the body believed to be Jessie's was found in the Hampton Hills MetroPark, which is part of the Summit County park system and not the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Bobby Cutts, Jr. was arrested and is currently in custody at the Stark County Sheriff's Office.
Cutts is due in court Monday where Stark County Chief Deputy, Lt. Rick Perez, says he will face two counts of murder for Jessie's death and her unborn baby.
For more than a week investigators said Cutts had been cooperative, they never labeled him as a suspect calling him simply an associate of Davis'. Investigators searched his home twice.
Invesigators are being tight lipped as to what led them to the body and Cutts.
Jessie's two year old son Blake may have been a witness to the crime. Cutts was the boy's father. "Mommy's crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy's in the rug" are words he reportedly shared with family and police says Stark County Chief Deputy, Lt. Rick Perez.
When Jessie went missing, investigators found bleach scattered around her bedroom, her comforter was missing and so was her cellphone .
The Stark County Prosecutor says he does not at this point know whether the case will be a death penalty case. He commended the Stark County Sheriff's Office and investigators on their work.
Investigators say the investigation remains open.
They expressed their heartfelt condolences to the family of Jessie Davis and said they would do all they could to help ease their pain.
Following the investigators' news conference, an attorney for the Davis family took the podium to speak on behalf of Jessie's family. He asked the media to leave the family in peace in order for them to grieve. He also asked for the continued prayers of the community for Jessie and her family.
He said at this point he doubted the Davis family would attend Monday's court arraignment for Cutts.
No funeral arrangements have been set.
Davis had been missing for more than a week. She was nine months pregnant with a baby girl, believed to fathered by Cutts.
The somber development came as a thousand volunteers searched a four square mile area of rural Ohio. It was the third day of a search coordinated by Texas EquuSearch, an organization that specialized in finding missing persons. Search teams had searched more than 17 square miles over the past two days but have turned up nothing.
Earlier, Saturday in an interview on MSNBC, Davis's Father appealed to volunteers to keep up the search, saying "Please don't quit until we find Jessie."
