Photos: PETA's 'pilgrims' promote vegan Thanksgiving

Nov. 20, 2012: A pair of self-described 'sexy pilgrims' from PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) promoted a vegan Thanksgiving holiday in Cleveland's Public Square by giving away boxes of Tofurky roasts. 'Thanksgiving is murder on turkeys,' says pilgrim Leila Sleiman. 'With fabulous faux fowl, you can celebrate without causing suffering, and give a bird something to be thankful for.'
