The book showcases about a dozen Springsteen concerts around Northeast Ohio between 1974 and 2016.

AKRON, Ohio — Bruce Springsteen fans in Northeast Ohio will have the chance to join rock photographer Janet Macoska and writer Peter Chakerian for the presentation on their new book Bruce Springsteen: Live In The Heartland on Friday, Nov. 12.

From Richfield Coliseum to Municipal Stadium and Quicken Loans Arena, Macoska's lens captured about a dozen of the Springsteen concerts around Northeast Ohio between 1974 and 2016.

During the book signing event, Macoska will provide a glimpse of never-before-seen-photos of Springsteen. Peter Chakerian will also share behind-the-scenes stories about the rock legend and The E Street Band.

The event will take place at The Knight Stage (next door to the Akron Civic Theatre) at 7:30 p.m. Books will be available for sale and signing.
