Party at the Rock Hall: 2020 induction simulcast tickets go on sale next week

Who's ready to rock?!?!

CLEVELAND — Tickets for the 2020 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony at Cleveland’s Public Hall may be sold out, but there’s another unique way you can experience one of music’s biggest nights.

The Rock Hall will be hosting its annual simulcast yet again for this year’s induction ceremony where you can watch all the rock ‘n’ roll induction action unfold as it happens live on Saturday, May 2.

Tickets for the simulcast go on sale next week as follows:

  • Rock Hall member pre-sale: Tickets for members of the Rock Hall are up for grabs starting March 12 at 10 a.m. A limited number of reserved theater seats are available exclusively to members for $60. Standing room only tickets are $15.
  • General public: Non-members can purchase tickets for $40 at 10 a.m. March 13.

Watch party tickets include access to all Rock Hall exhibits -- including a new display in honor of the 2020 inductees. The induction simulcast will be broadcast on screens throughout the Rock Hall.

Pop-up food stations will also be available to serve dishes from some of Cleveland’s hottest chefs.

Doors for the party open at 6 p.m. The simulcast begins at 8 p.m.

The induction ceremony tickets sold out in just one hour last week. If you still want to attend the induction ceremony itself, we found tickets on secondary sites like StubHub.

If you can't make it to the simulcast watch party, the induction ceremony will air live for the first time ever on HBO.

The 2020 class of inductees includes Depeche Mode, The Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Nine Inch Nails, The Notorious B.I.G., T. Rex, Irving Azoff and Jon Landau. Performances and special guests will be revealed at a later date.

Cleveland most recently hosted the Rock Hall inductions in 2018. That class included The Moody Blues, Nina Simone, The Cars, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Dire Straits and Bon Jovi.

2020 marks the 35th annual Rock Hall induction.
