ORRVILLE, Ohio -- A 21-year-old man is dead after being shot in the chest Thursday evening.
Authorities say the victim was shot in the 900 block of North Ella Street around 7:41 p.m.
He later died at a local hospital.
Investigators arrested Paul Claren and booked him in the Wayne County Jail on charges connected to the murder.
The firearm used in the shooting was recovered at the scene.
