Police are investigating a bar shooting that left one man hospitalized early Wednesday.
According to police, officers were called to Hooch's Pub at 1533 Cleveland Ave. SW around 2:43 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found 33-year-old security guard Russell Hazel with a gunshot wound to the neck area.
Hazel was taken to Aultman Hospital, where police say he is in "guarded condition."
Police later arrested 32-year-old Timothy F. Jackson in Dover for the shooting. He's charged with felonious assault and having a weapon under disability.
