A 38-year-old man is dead after being struck in a hit-and-run crash on Cleveland east side on St. Patrick's Day.
Police say Robin A. Johnson was crossing Quincy Ave. between E 74th and E 75th Sts. around 11:20 Saturday night when he was hit by a vehicle traveling eastbound. The suspect fled the area, while Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses describe the suspected vehicle as a mid or full-size SUV (possibly a Ford Explorer or Expedition) with a maroon-like color. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police.
