EAST CLEVELAND -- A missing persons report filed with East Cleveland police says a woman hasn't been seen since mid-March.
According to the report filed April 5, 62-year-old Rafiqah Dawud Alim was last seen March 12 at her Cedar Road apartment.
Police say she has bipolar disorder and other medical issues, but does not have her medication. Though she lives in the University Heights area, police say Alim is known to frequent areas in Cleveland and East Cleveland.
