GARRETTSVILLE, Ohio — An individual is in custody after an attack in Garrettsville left two people in critical condition.
According to the Village of Garrettsville Police Department, the incident happened on Friday afternoon at around 3:32 p.m.
A suspect attacked two individuals that lived in the same house.
Both of the victims were transported to an unnamed local hospital with critical injuries.
On Facebook, the Village of Garrettsville Police Department confirmed that the suspect is in custody and is being held at the Portage County Justice Center.
The Portage County Prosecutor's Office assisted the police department with the investigation.
At this time, charges are pending and no other information has been released.
