A second black bear was spotted in Norton Ohio, near Hametown Road near I-76, Monday evening.
Officials say it could be the same bear that was seen eating from a bird feeder in Wadsworth,Sunday.
Wadsworth Police confirmed that they received a call for a bear siting, Sunday evening.
An officer was dispatched to the scene to confirm the siting, and it was in fact a bear.
In a video posted to the Wadsworth PD Facebook page, the black bear can be seen eating from a bird feeder behind a home.
Officials consulted with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources on best practices.
ODNR believes the bear migrated from Pennsylvania.
The Department also released the following tips for dealing with bears. :
-Bears will roam 5-10 miles a night in search of food
-Bears are not typically aggressive, but if seen you should keep your distance
-They also suggest to bring in your bird feeders at night and ensure your trash cans are secure.
The last reminder, when in doubt, contact the police department.
