STARK COUNTY, Ohio — A 50-year-old man has died following a Sunday evening crash in Stark County. It happened around 9:26 p.m. on Route 43 near milepost 10 in Canton Township.
The Canton Post of the Highway Patrol says William Skelton, of Clover, South Carolina, was driving a 2010 Harley Davidson Super Glide northbound on Route 43 when he “drove left of center” and struck a minivan.
Authorities say Skelton was ejected from the motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
