The Climate Prediction Center has released its forecast for this upcoming 2019-20 winter season (December, January and February), and in Northeast Ohio, we have an increased chance for seeing a warmer and wetter winter season.
This winter weather outlook takes into account a neutral El Nino and La Nina pattern this fall and spring.
It's interesting to point out, no area of the U.S. is expected to experience a colder than normal winter season.
