Our fourth annual Health & Wellness Expo is just over two weeks away and our space is all booked! The image to the left gives you a look at the floor plan for how the Expo will be laid out.
This year's FREE event, which is being held from 10am to 4pm on Saturday October 8, features the return of many favorite free screenings, vendors, activities and exhibits. As you can see, there will be areas to get your cholesterol, bone density and body composition checked. There will also be experts available to help you get your finances in order and keep your family safe. Speaking of safety, first responders will be on hand with tips and information about fire safety and protecting yourself and your kids.
Fun activities include testing your skills with the Cleveland Monsters and Gladiators, an indoor soccer field, rock wall, and back by popular demand is The Voice chair! And you can meet your favorite Channel 3 News personalities while also seeing what it takes to be a meteorologist or sportscaster!
