Comedian Loni Love stops by WKYC to preview Cleveland Improv show

Nationally-syndicated talk show host and comedian Loni Love sat down with WKYC's Tiffany Tarpley to give Clevelanders a taste of what to expect from her stand up.

Nationally syndicated comedian and Emmy Award-winning television host Loni Love is in Cleveland this weekend. She’s the headliner at the Improv Comedy Theater and Restaurant.

Love sat down with WKYC’s Tiffany Tarpley to give a  preview of what Clevelanders can expect from her stand up.

“I talk about everything,” says Love. “I talk about pop culture, things like I’m proud of the Kardashians because they hire more black men than the federal government.”

Love’s jokes just don’t cover reality TV stars. She also opens up about herself.

“I talk about the fact that I’m now a newly minted Weight Watchers, that’s WW Ambassador,” says Love. “Yes, they tried to help me.  Oprah is trying.  She’s trying to help me.”

Tickets for her 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday night show in Cleveland are $25. They can be purchased on the Improv’s website.

Love is currently one of the four female co-hosts on The Real, a nationally syndicated talk show geared towards young women.
