"Swimming lessons save lives."
Cedar Point will join the World Waterpark Association and facilities around the world Thursday to help raise awareness about the importance of teaching children to swim.
The lessons will take place at various locations simultaneously at 8 a.m.
Cedar Point Shores Waterpark will welcome more than 150 people to participate in the lesson. The free lesson is being led by Schuyler Paratore-Buettner, CP Aquatics manager.
