CLEVELAND — We couldn't have picked a better day for the return of 3News' Ice Desk!
Amid the cold and snowy conditions in Cleveland on Thursday, our friends at Elegant Ice delivered a handmade ice anchor desk that will be out on our back deck until the weather warms up. You'll see our anchors and reporters stationed at the Ice Desk throughout our busy month of February, which will include our coverage of the Olympics, Super Bowl LVI, the NBA All-Star Game, and of course, this current winter storm. At least until it inevitably melts.
2022 is the third time in the past several years that Elegant Ice has created an ice desk for us. You might recall Robin Swoboda's legendary "Ice, Ice Baby" rap in 2014.
We also brought it back in 2015.
