CLEVELAND — Whether you're trying to utilize leftover Christmas ham or create an easy appetizer for grandma's house, chef and owner of Fahrenheit in Tremont, Rocco Whalen's slider recipe will do the trick.
The secret to these tasty sliders is all in the sauce.
Start by melting a stick and a half of butter in a pan. Once that is melted, mix together 1.5 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of granulated onion and 1.5 tablespoons of stone ground mustard.
Next, grab a 12-pack of Kings Hawaiian rolls and assemble your sliders in a 9x13 pan. Add ham, cheese and that sauce to the inside. Close the sandwiches and add the sauce to the top of each bun as well.
Pop the pan into a 350-degree pre-heated oven, uncovered for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
