Downtown Cleveland's Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery, known as much for its waitresses as its food, has shut its doors for good, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.
"Dear Tilted Kilt Patrons,
With a sad heart, we would like to officially state that the Tilted Kilt Cleveland Location is permanently closed. We value your years of loyalty and business. Your favorite kilt girls will still be employed at our new venue, which will open in just a few weeks. See you then 💚🍀"
The eatery was located on the corner of Prospect Ave. and Ontario St., right near JACK Casino. The "new venue" will not be another Tilted Kilt, but instead a Panini's Bar & Grill at the same location.
Tilted Kilt still has dozens of locations across the U.S. and Canada, but no longer any in Ohio. It is unknown exactly why the Cleveland location is closing.
