BEREA, Ohio -- Just prior to the start of their rookie minicamp on Friday, the Cleveland Browns announced the signing of 15 undrafted players to complete their initial rookie class.

The Browns' latest signings will combine with the seven players they selected last week in the 2019 NFL Draft. The 15 undrafted players Cleveland has signed and the colleges they attended are as follows:

  • WR Dorian Baker (Kentucky)
  • QB David Blough (Purdue)
  • TE Steve Carlson (Princeton)
  • OT Brian Fineanganofo (Idaho State)
  • P Jamie Gillan (Arkansas Pine-Bluff)
  • RB Darrin Hall (Pittsburgh)
  • S J.T. Hassell (Florida Tech)
  • WR D.J. Montgomery (Austin Peay)
  • DE Jarrell Owens (Oklahoma State)
  • CB Jermaine Ponder (Saint Francis)
  • DE Wyatt Ray (Boston College)
  • LB Anthony Stubbs (Prairie View A&M)
  • C Trevon Tate (Memphis)
  • C Willie Wright (Tulsa)
  • LB Dedrick Young II (Nebraska)

Included in the group is a pair of Northeast Ohio natives in Baker and Hall.

A product of Cleveland Heights, Baker spent his college career at Kentucky, where he amassed 102 receptions for 1,152 yards and 6 touchdowns over the span of four seasons. In 2015, he led the Wildcats with 56 receptions for 612 yards and three touchdowns, but was limited by injuries over the course of the second half of his college call.

A 4-star product coming out of Austintown Fitch, Hall, meanwhile, is coming off the best season of his college career at Pitt, where he rushed for 1,144 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2018. The 6-foot-0, 217-pound running back could make an intriguing option to make the Browns roster and provide depth behind starter Nick Chubb, with Kareem Hunt suspended for the team's first eight games and Duke Johnson Jr. having requested a trade.
