CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have arrested an 18-year-old in connection to a 19-year-old's death outside a library July 23rd.
Police tell Channel 3 they arrested the young suspect sometime Sunday night on the 4300th block of West 47th St.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified Brandon Cutnoe as the young man who died. Police say Cutnoe met someone at the Cleveland Public Library's South Brooklyn Branch, where a fight ensued.
The suspect shot Cutnoe multiple times before fleeing the scene.
It's unclear if the suspect arrested Sunday is the one who fired shots, or the sole suspect in the case.
