Authorities claim Dylan Seibel used his cellphone to put the porn on the screen. Six children between the ages of 9 and 12 were in the restaurant at the time.

GREEN, Ohio — A Canton man is in custody after authorities say he broadcast pornography onto a restaurant television with children present earlier this month.

The group included six children between the ages of 9 and 12, and around 8:30 p.m., the group noticed porn being played on one of the TV sets.

Parents contacted police, and sheriff's detectives say someone used their cellphone to broadcast the sexual content onto the screen. The suspect was identified as Dylan Seibel, age 30, and officials did not say if he had any connection to the restaurant staff.

Following further investigation, Seibel was arrested on Monday and charged with disseminating matter harmful to minors under the age of 13 (a fourth-degree felony) as well as disseminating matter harmful to minors in general (first-degree misdemeanor). He is currently being held in the Summit County Jail, per law enforcement.

No further information was released. It is not known when Seibel could appear in court.
