CLEVELAND-- City officials say a prisoner escaped during a court hearing on Friday.
Ferdinand Vargas, 27, was in custody of corrections officers when he escaped, authorities say.
He was in court for warrant issues, including one for domestic violence.
Anyone with related information is asked to call 911.
