CLEVELAND — The incident on June 15th involved Crawford allegedly shooting Devin Powers, 32, in the chest after a verbal altercation between the two on Euclid Avenue on Cleveland's east side.
Crawford remains on the loose, armed and dangerous according to the Cleveland Division of Police and U.S. Marshals.
He is a black male, 27, with a last known addressnear the 1200 block of E. 137th Street in East Cleveland.
