CLEVELAND — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a pair of suspects tied to a homicide that occurred earlier this month.
The men are considered persons of interest in the shooting death of DeMarco Millsap, who was shot Jan. 3 in the 15200 block of Lakeshore Boulevard. Police say Millsap was sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot when he was shot by an unknown male, who fled in a vehicle that appears to be a silver Audi.
