A 21-year-old man is dead following a shooting on Cleveland's south side late Sunday night.
Officers responded to an abandoned house on the 7800 block of New York Ave. around 11:35 p.m. Witnesses said they saw a dice game being played inside before hearing shots fired.
The victim, identified as Nigil Bulger, was pronounced dead early Monday morning at MetroHealth Medical Center. No arrests have been made at this time.
