Man shot dead outside Julian's Restaurant in Akron; police searching for suspect

AKRON -- Police are searching for a suspect after a man was shot dead outside an Akron restaurant Sunday morning.

According to the Summit County Medical Examiner, a 31-year-old man was shot several times in the parking lot outside Julian's Restaurant at 314 Pioneer Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his name has not yet been released. A 20-year-old was also shot, but suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Andre Warren, who's last known address was on the 500 block of West Exchange St. He is described ad 5-foot-11 and 225 pounds with a beard and a mustache. Authorities say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
