Ashtabula County Coroner confirms body found Tuesday is missing mother

Crews spent days searching for the mother.

ASHTABULA -- The Ashtabula County Coroner has identified a body found Tuesday as Rand Al Dulaimi, a missing mother who had been the target of a search.

Dulaimi's body was found off North Bend Road on Tuesday. The coroner has not determined a cause or manner of death.

The 23-year-old disappeared July 9 and was reported missing by family two days later.

Deputies had arrested her estranged husband, Jeff Stanley, on a parole violation and named him a person of interest, though they say he “lawyered up” and never provided information.

Last week, agencies including the FBI could be seen combing the acres around Stanley's Saybrook Township home from the air and on the ground.

The couple's child is in custody of children's services.
