CANTON, Ohio — Tragedy in Canton as a 14-year-old boy has died in a fire.
The blaze broke out Monday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. at a home in the 1100 block of 29th Street NE.
Firefighters with the Plain Township Fire Department pulled the teen out of the house, but he later died at Akron Children's Hospital.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Anybody with information is asked to call the Stark County Sheriff's Office at 330-430-3800.
