CANTON, Ohio — When officers responded to reports of several shots fired early Tuesday morning, they found a man laying near a vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head.
Police say it happened around 1:38 a.m. in the area of 9th Street and Rowland Avenue NE.
The victim was taken to Aultman Hospital where he later died.
His name has not been released.
No additional information was immediately available.
