Zaceeyon Teasley, whose last known address was in Cleveland, allegedly drove a stolen vehicle through a storefront of Summit Armory on North Cleveland Massillon Road in Bath Township.

Teasley, as well as two other co-conspirators, allegedly stole 30 firearms from the store on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022.

According to court records, a search warrant was executed at the defendant's Cleveland-area residence, where authorities allegedly obtained items that linked the defendant to the firearms stolen in Akron on  Wednesday, Jan. 11.

"If convicted, the defendant’s sentence will be determined by the Court after a review of factors unique to this case, including the defendant’s prior criminal records, if any, the defendant’s role in the offense, and the characteristics of the violation.  In all cases, the sentence will not exceed the statutory maximum; in most cases, it will be less than the maximum," says The United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio

The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), Bath Police Department and the Cleveland Police Department. Additionally,  this case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Peter E. Daly.
