CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Police Department is seeking the public's help locating a missing teen.
13-year-old Blessing Mapson was last seen leaving the Jane Edna Social Services Building on Sunday, October 11 . She was scheduled to get placed that evening, but left with another juvenile before anything was finalized.
Blessing is described as a 5'1'' tall Black girl with black long braid, brown eyes and weighing roughly 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a red and white Tommy Hilfiger jacket.
Anyone with information on Blessing or her whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland Police.
