CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is seeking the public's help in tracking down 27-year-old Kevin Ballard, who is wanted for several felonies that took place in Tremont on Saturday.
According to reports, Ballard followed a woman leaving a coffee shop. He grabbed her and attempted to pull her before she threw coffee on him. Police say Ballard then fled the scene.
In another incident, Ballard approached a woman on a porch and pushed her inside of the house, strangling her. She screamed and fought him off. He then fled in a vehicle.
Police say Ballard is wanted for Abduction, Aggravated Burglary, Kidnapping and Gross Sexual Imposition.
